Fly Away with Me

The stamp set that I used for the following card is actually called Up, Up & Away, but I quite liked the sound of my blog title and Birthday Wishes as the sentiment reads seemed so common. I'd already promised you this one yesterday, but I got a little too distracted by my latest hobby, playing the piano.

Anyway, this card is for my nephew who turned 17 yesterday.

I did not get chosen for the Shabby Tea Room Design Team. I guess I wasn't shabby enough, LOL!

Oh and my dad emailed me today that he's received his Father's Day gift. At least it was on time!

Wonderful card! I wish I had purchased the cloud dies now... I've been cutting them out when I stamp the clouds, but I didnt think about using the dies withOUT the stamps! Oh well. :) Sorry to hear you weren't chosen for the dt... Their loss if you ask me. ;-)
